Goods movements posted in SAP S/4HANA are streamed in real time as material documents, modeled on CDS views rather than physical tables. I_MATERIALDOCUMENT and I_MATERIALDOCUMENTITEM carry the header and line items, while I_MATERIALSTOCK and I_BATCH add stock and batch context, along with material valuation.
New documents are captured on creation through BOR event BUS1051 or RAP event R_MATERIALDOCUMENTTP. The product is a ready-to-use Excel template with the object logic and view relationships, and it can be extended with your own custom CDS views.
