Using the purchasing document tables of SAP, this model captures requests for quotation on SAP ECC & SAP S/4HANA. EKKO provides the purchasing document header, EKPO the items, EKET the scheduling lines and EKKN the account assignment in the purchasing document.
RFQs that are created, updated or deleted are streamed in real time through BOR event BUS2010 or RAP event R_REQUESTFORQUOTATIONTP. The product is delivered as a ready-to-use Excel template documenting the table relationships, and you can extend it with your own Z tables for custom sourcing fields.
