Customer grouping in SAP S/4HANA is modeled from CDS views in the Customer Group data product. It combines I_CUSTOMER and I_CUSTOMERSALESAREA with I_CUSTOMERGROUP and the additional customer groups 1 to 5, each with its own text view. Data is delivered through scheduled batch loads.
The model comes as a ready-to-use Excel template with the object logic and the relationships between views, and it can be extended with your own CDS views. Compatible with SAP S/4HANA.
