Quality Management

Quality Management (QM) records how SAP inspects goods and handles quality problems: inspection lots, inspection results and quality notifications. Four Foundational Data Products cover it: Quality Notification by Tables, Inspection Lot by Tables, Quality Inspection by Tables and Quality Notification by CDS VIEWS.

All four are compatible with SAP ECC & SAP S/4HANA and capture changes in real time. Quality notifications are offered in both variants, one read from physical SAP tables and one from CDS views, while inspection lots and inspections are table-based. Each product is a ready-to-use Excel template with the object's logic and the relationships between its sources, and it can be extended with Z/custom tables and your own CDS views. The category serves quality and manufacturing data teams that need inspection and defect data outside SAP, for monitoring or analytics.
