Customer master data in SAP S/4HANA is read through CDS views and assembled into one model that adds bank, address and credit management data to the core customer record. It draws on I_CUSTOMER, I_CUSTOMERSALESAREA, I_BUSINESSPARTNERADDRESS and I_CREDITMANAGEMENTACCOUNT, among other views. Company code, contact and sales partner data are included as well.
Customers that are created, updated or blocked are captured in real time through BOR event BUS1503. Start from the ready-to-use Excel template or extend it with your own CDS views.
