Human Resources covers personnel administration in SAP: the employee records maintained by HR. One Foundational Data Product is available today, Personnel by Tables. It is built on the physical SAP tables, is compatible with SAP ECC & SAP S/4HANA, and loads through batch or scheduled runs.

As with every Foundational Data Product, it is a prepackaged model for a single SAP business object, delivered as a ready-to-use Excel template with the object's logic and the relationships between its source tables. You can extend it with Z/custom tables and your own CDS views to include fields specific to your HR setup. The category is aimed at HR data and people analytics teams that need SAP personnel data next to the organizational structure and finance data already covered elsewhere in the catalog.
