Customer addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses kept in SAP Business Address Services are joined to the customer record in this tables-based model for SAP ECC & SAP S/4HANA. KNA1 supplies the general customer data, ADRC the postal address, ADR2 the telephone numbers and ADR6 the e-mail addresses.
When a customer is created, updated or blocked, the change is captured in real time through BOR event BUS1006 or RAP event I_BUSINESSPARTNERTP_2. Delivered as a ready-to-use Excel template, it can be extended with your own Z tables.
